Return & Exchange Policy

Vintiq does not have any return/refund policy.

Vintiq Official strictly follows the mentioned below terms and conditions for exchange:

EXCHANGES

Any product bought from the online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY. A product can only be exchanged if the product(s) delivered has any kind of manufacturing defect or if the wrong product has been delivered to you. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unused with the price label, hangtags, care label, etc. attached.

For exchanges, 50% of the amount will be deducted and will be adjusted in the exchange once the parcel is received and inspected. If the product is found damaged or worn out upon inspection, the deduction will be 80%. Exchange shipment charges will be borne by the customer. This policy is in place because parcels are often damaged during shipping. Please order accordingly.

For products on Sale, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order. Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged as the products are made to order. We do not offer exchange of online orders from our retail outlets. The exchange policy is only applicable within 7 days after the goods are delivered.

Sale:

- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
- Items bought on sale can only be exchanged if the product(s) delivered has any kind of manufacturing defect or if the wrong product has been delivered to you.

In some cases, Vintiq will not accept any exchanges. Such cases include but are not limited to the following:
- Sale Items
- Exchange request made outside the specified time frame (after 7 days)
- Product damaged due to use
- Product has been tampered with
- Customized designs cannot be returned or exchanged as the products are made to order.

Exchange Procedure:

You will be required to share the order details and reason for exchange along with photographic evidence of the product within 7 days of the delivery date. You may notify us on our Social Media Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) or email us at vintiqofficial@gmail.com.

Change of Mind:

Change of mind is not acceptable.
